Services
Many of our clients already know several of the benefits that are included when you participate in our Priority Service and Maintenance Program. A qualified engineer experienced in hydro troubleshooting and PLC programming is assigned as your primary contact and you will be assigned a 24-hour phone number for after-hour emergencies. We maintain a computer work station which is set up for remote communications with your plant. Updated drawing files and dial-up diagnostic support are regular elements of North American Phoenix’s Priority Service program.
